The short version
Your page is yours. We collect only what we need to run Life Openly, we never sell your personal information, and we never show you ads based on what's on your page.

What we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted). Optional mobile number for text reminders.
Your content: links, photos, captions, tasks, lists, countdowns, subscriptions, journal entries, and reminders you add.
Basic usage information, such as when you sign in and which device type you use, to keep the service secure and working well.

How we use it
To show you your page, deliver reminders by email and text, keep shared Family boards in sync, process payments, answer support requests, and protect accounts from misuse.

Who can see your content
Only you. Items on your Family board are visible to the members you invite. Items you share by link are visible to anyone holding that link. Our staff access content only when you ask for help or when required to protect the service or comply with law.

Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, email and text delivery, and payment processing. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. Providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

Mia, our assistant
When you chat with Mia, your messages are processed to generate replies. Please don't share passwords or payment details in chat.

Keeping it safe
Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted by account. No system is perfect, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your choices
You can edit or delete any item at any time, update your profile in Settings, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@lifeopenly.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children
Life Openly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
