Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Life Openly at lifeopenly.com, operated as part of the Openly family of software. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Life Openly.

Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@lifeopenly.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

The service
Life Openly gives you a personal home page with a Today panel, link board, photo wall, tasks, smart lists, countdowns, subscription tracker, journal, reminders, and sharing tools, in Solo, Family, and Business modes. We may improve, change, or retire features over time and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Your content
Everything you add — links, photos, captions, lists, journal entries, and reminders — belongs to you. You give us a limited permission to store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you choose to share with.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to share.

Family boards and sharing
When you invite others to your Family board, everyone on that board can view, add, edit, and remove shared items. When you share a single item by link, text, email, or QR code, anyone with that link can view that item. Only share with people you trust.

Reminders by email and text
By adding an email address or mobile number for reminders, you agree to receive reminder messages at that address or number. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can remove your number or turn off reminders at any time in Settings.

Subscription and billing
Life Openly costs $4.95 per month after a 7-day free trial. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Billing, Cancellation & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's accounts, interfere with the service, send spam through sharing tools, or use Life Openly for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimers and liability
Life Openly is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and to deliver reminders on time, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every message will arrive. Please don't rely on Life Openly as your only reminder for medical, legal, or other critical deadlines. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may end accounts that violate these terms. After deletion, your content is removed from our active systems within 30 days.
